Eswatini Staff Disaster Relief Fund

On December 8th, a powerful storm with baseball-size hail ripped through the Ngculwini area of Eswatini. Many of our staff, CarePoint cooks, and CarePoints are located in this area. We received shocking pictures and reports of homes with unbelievable damage - broken windows, tin roofing like Swiss cheese with holes from hail, water damage, and food spoiling from broad power outages. Our ministry cars are damaged with dents and broken windows.

We formed a Disaster Relief Committee from our AIM staff. They will assess the damage and try to connect with other staff and cooks to prioritize addressing this devastating disaster.

We can't believe the terror it must have been to take shelter in a modest home being destroyed by hail!
