About The Parrojas Education Fund

This fund helps us cover costs associated with our education program. Most kids in Guatemala stop going to school around the age of 10 as the need increases to help at home or in the fields with their parents. We want to encourage our kids and their families to pursue the value of a continued education, specifically in learning English, opening them up to dreams and opportunities inside and outside of school. We partner with our friends at Academy of Future Leaders who provide certified English classes to children. It costs $35 to be able to send one child to go learn English. We currently have 14 covered we’re hoping to give 13 more kids this opportunity!
