About The Parrojas Stove And Water Filter Fund
Partner with us to install stoves and provide water filters for families in Parrojas. A lot of families in this community have stoves in their kitchens with no ventilation. This leaves them with smoke-filled kitchens, therefore breathing in the air while they cook for their families. Clean water is rare to come by which means people don’t have basic access to drinking water. We of course want people to have access to drinking water and we can do that through providing water filters. Your partnership helps us to provide better breathing conditions and clean water, significantly increasing quality of life. A stove installation costs $165 and a clay water filter costs $50. We’d love for at least all 9 families in our CarePoint to have access to both of these things and then one day for the whole community to have access to these resources. You could help us get there one family at a time.
